Privacy policy
Last updated 26 September 2026This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
Subtwo is a small, independent business based in India. We build and run websites, Google listings and simple booking systems for established US trade businesses. You can reach us at subtwo@subtwo.in.
What we collect
- The free-check form. Your business name, city and state, email, trade, and a phone number if you choose to give one.
- Booking a call. Calls are booked through Google Calendar. Google collects your name and email to set up the call, under Google's privacy policy.
- Emails you send us. What you write, and your name and email address.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
- Public information about businesses. To choose who to contact and to do a free check, we look at what anyone can already see: a business's Google listing, its reviews and its website, including a business email or phone number it has published.
If we contacted you first
We found your business's contact details where you published them, on your website or your Google listing. We write to a business only about that business, a few times at most, and every email says how to stop. Reply "stop" and we won't write again.
Private check pages
A free check is a page on subtwo.in at a private link that only we and you know. It is hidden from search engines. It holds public information about your business and our opinion of it, nothing else. Ask us and we will delete it.
When you're a client
- Your sign-in. Your name and email, so you can sign in to your dashboard. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us, only to sign you in. We don't use it for anything else.
- Your business's work. Bookings, quote requests, review requests and reports, so we can run the service and show you the results.
- Your customers' details. When your customers book, ask for a quote or get a review request, we handle their name, contact details and message. We do this only for you and only to run your service. We never contact your customers for our own reasons, and we never sell or share their details.
- Payments. Invoices and payment records. Payments go through Infinity (bank transfer) or PayPal (card). We never see or keep your card number.
Why we use it
- To do the free check you asked for and send you the results.
- To reply to you and, if you want, talk about working together.
- To run the service for clients, send invoices and keep proper records.
- To follow up about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time, and we will.
What we never do
We never sell your details, and we never share them for other companies' marketing.
Who helps us store and send it

|---|---|
| Google Workspace | Email, the spreadsheet behind the free-check form, and call booking |
| Cloudflare | Runs this website and counts visits; will store client dashboard data |
| GitHub | Stores the website's code. No form details are kept there. |
| Clerk | Client sign-in, once client dashboards open |
| Resend | Service emails, such as booking alerts and review requests, once client dashboards open |
| Infinity, PayPal | Client payments |
These companies may store data on servers outside your country. We use each one only for the job above, and we will update this list before we add a new one.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies today. When client dashboards open, signing in will use cookies that keep you signed in, and nothing else. No advertising or tracking cookies, ever.
How long we keep it
If we're in touch but you're not a client, we keep your details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what the work needs while you're a client. After you leave and the handover is done, we delete your customers' details within 30 days. We keep invoices for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email subtwo@subtwo.in and we will reply within 30 days.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. We will then stop using your details and delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
If you are a client's customer, you can also ask the business you dealt with. We will help them answer you.
Questions and complaints
Our grievance contact is Sidharth, at subtwo@subtwo.in. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you're a client, we will email you about any important change first.
